Powertrain

Equipped with an Isuzu 6HK1X engine, it boasts a power output of 210kW, providing strong performance and helping customers solve challenges under heavy-duty operating conditions.

Hydraulic system

Equipped with a well-known brand main pump and main valve, the main pump displacement has been upgraded to 180cc, resulting in faster overall operation. The large-diameter main valve provides greater flow capacity, reduced pressure loss, and improved energy efficiency.

DPD+EGR technology roadmap

Some exhaust gas is recirculated into the intake system, mixed with fresh air, and then burned, suppressing NOx formation. The EGR is upgraded from tubular to laminated, resulting in faster cooling.

Overall control system

By adopting the "positive flow" system and SANY's independently developed "DMOS" engine-pump-valve integrated dynamic optimization intelligent control system, it achieves 40-ton efficiency and 30-ton fuel consumption.

Bucket upgrade

Standard configuration includes a five-tooth rock bucket, with an optional heavy-duty rock bucket to meet the "one bucket per situation" requirement, improving construction efficiency, easily handling various complex working conditions, enhancing product value and customer profitability. Through hinge point optimization, the digging force is applied over a wider range, and the optimized mechanism trajectory and bucket shape reduce impact and resistance on the machine during digging, increasing digging speed and significantly improving operational efficiency.

C12 driver's cab

The newly upgraded cab is designed with five core functions in mind: intelligent connectivity, intelligent interaction, intelligent construction, intelligent driving, and intelligent maintenance, enhancing its entertainment, interactivity, and technological appeal. The cab is 25mm wider than its predecessor, providing more space. The front window is also wider, increasing the overall glass area and offering a wider field of vision.

Intelligent

Equipped with a 10-inch smart display, it integrates functions such as air conditioning, radio, Bluetooth, and GPS. It comes standard with one-button start, supports fault detection and alarms, and intelligent debugging and diagnosis, making it safer and smarter.
